At Shomueats, we take pride in delivering the finest quality Alphonso and Kesar mangoes to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of mangoes, we have a strict refund policy in place. Please read the details carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:
Damaged or Rotten Mangoes: If your mangoes arrive in a damaged, spoiled, or unusable condition.
Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong quantity or variety of mangoes.

🚫 Refunds are NOT applicable in the following cases:
❌ Minor shape, size, or color variations (as mangoes are natural products).
❌ Delays caused by courier services or natural calamities.
❌ If the mangoes were not collected on time from the courier service and got spoiled.
❌ If mangoes were stored improperly after delivery.

2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement?

If your mangoes arrive damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Take clear photos of the damaged or spoiled mangoes.
2️⃣ Email or WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and images.
3️⃣ Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

3. Refund or Replacement Process

  • If your claim is approved, we will offer either:
    ✔ A replacement (if stock is available)
    ✔ A partial or full refund (processed within 5-7 business days)
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are dispatched.
  • If you need to modify an order, please contact us before shipment.
