2. Orders & Payments

• All orders placed on our website are subject to availability.
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets via secure payment gateways.
• Once an order is placed, cancellations are not allowed unless approved by our team.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer pan-India delivery through trusted courier partners.
• Delivery timelines:
  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Other Locations: 5-7 business days
• Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or transportation issues.

4. Product Quality & Returns

• Our mangoes are 100% naturally ripened and handpicked to ensure premium quality.
• Due to the perishable nature of mangoes, we do not accept returns.
• If mangoes arrive damaged during transit, customers must:
  1. Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Share clear photos of the damaged product.
  3. We will assess the claim and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

5. Pricing & Availability

• Prices are subject to change based on seasonal availability and market conditions.
• If an order is placed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Shomueats and cannot be used or reproduced without permission.

• We ensure the highest quality, but Shomueats is not liable for allergic reactions or health concerns related to mango consumption.
