At Shomueats, we are committed to delivering the freshest and finest quality Ratnagiri & Devgad Alphonso Mangoes and Kutch Kesar Mangoes to our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a strict No Return Policy. However, we do offer replacements or refunds in case of any issues with your order.
1. No Return Policy
Since mangoes are perishable, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
2. Replacement or Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
✅ Damaged or Spoiled Mangoes – If the mangoes arrive in a rotten, severely damaged, or unusable condition.
✅ Incorrect Order – If you receive the wrong quantity or variety of mangoes.
🚨 Non-eligible Scenarios:
❌ Minor variations in size, shape, or color (as mangoes are natural products).
❌ Delay in delivery due to courier issues.
❌ Mangoes not collected on time from the courier service and getting spoiled.
❌ Improper storage after delivery leading to spoilage.
3. How to Request a Replacement or Refund?
If you receive damaged or incorrect mangoes, please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Take clear photos of the damaged/incorrect mangoes.
2️⃣ Contact us via Email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and images.
3️⃣ Our team will verify your request and respond within 2 business days.
4. Replacement or Refund Process
- If your claim is approved, we will offer either:
✔ A replacement (subject to availability)
✔ A partial or full refund (processed within 5-7 business days) - Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
5. Order Cancellations & Modifications
- Orders cannot be canceled once they are dispatched.
- If you need to modify an order, please contact us before shipment.
