✅ Delivery to remote locations is subject to courier service availability.

3. Shipping & Delivery Time
We dispatch mangoes as per their natural ripening process to ensure best quality & freshness upon delivery.

- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Other Locations: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
🚨 Delivery Delays: Unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, strikes, or courier issues may cause slight delays.
4. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
5. Packaging & Handling
- Our mangoes are carefully handpicked, naturally ripened, and packed in eco-friendly, secure packaging to prevent damage.
- We use premium-grade boxes with ventilation to maintain fruit freshness.
6. Receiving & Handling Instructions
- Once delivered, unbox the mangoes immediately and store them at room temperature for natural ripening.
- Avoid refrigeration before ripening, as it may affect the taste and texture.

🚨 Missed Delivery Attempts: If the courier service is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the order will not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.
